The hotel restaurant no longer offers "à la carte" choices.
Only a 4-course menu is offered. It is carefully prepared by the owner and changes every day. 

The menu is served every evening and Sunday noon
(except closing days).

Closing days : Wednesday after breakfast and Thursday
During July-August: closed on Wednesdays and some Thursdays
